THE FIRST RULE OF MARKETING: KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER
I consistently produce
plans and tactics that generate results because I gain in-depth knowledge
about a business, its key dependencies, and most importantly
its customers.
Just knowing who your customers are isn't good enough. Effective marketing depends on
understanding customers - their
behaviour, needs, dreams, purchase habits, influences, etc.

What are your customers looking for?
How do you fit their needs, ease their lives, help them get where they want to be? How are you positioned in their minds?
What do you need to convince them of to get them to buy? When and how do you reach them?
My plans and advice
flow from this level of understanding, and that results in motivating action.
My executions are thorough and I lead the development of
communications that will get your message across. Many companies see marketing as just tactics, like a blog
or a brochure. This focus is a waste of time and money. A true customer focus means you
get the right message to the right people at the right time and the right place.
I believe
in focusing on the fundamentals of effective communication, regardless
of whether the vehicles are traditional or new. Even with Internet,
tactics have to be dictated by customer behaviour, and
use solid persuasion and sales techniques.
That's what gets you business.
